How does it Work?
  • Each client undergoes initial assessments in the areas of nutrition and fitness. Once the assessments have been completed we create a customized plan. A reassessment takes place after a given time period and modifications will be made in the program to keep the client headed in the right direction.
Who is it for?
  • We customize our programs for working men and women, moms with limited time, senior citizens to improve overall function and athletes to increase speed, power and endurance, among others.
How do I start?
  • Download and fill out the forms and contact one of our exercise specialists or dietitians to schedule an assessment or answer any questions.
  • Please bring completed forms to your first assessment.

Our clients are young and old, male and female, athletes and non-athletes. There is no magic pill for health and fitness and we are not trying to create or sell one. At EA&F we have a no-nonsense, honest approach that realizes each person has a different set of circumstances to overcome to achieve his or her own goals.
