Personalized Training
We make Personal Training personalized.
At EA&F we provide each client with the undivided attention of one of our exercise specialists. Our fitness studio offers private and semi-private sessions and our exercise specialists are well versed in the science of fitness.
Your exercise specialist provides more than just motivation and guidance. They provide you with knowledge why you are doing what you are doing. Our goal is to educate you how to succeed on your own.
Your exercise specialist will identify your goals and create a personalized fitness plan for you. You will learn about proper form, how much weight to use, the amount of sets and reps you need while doing it all safely.
We work with women and men - athletes of all levels and ages - to achieve their goals.
Personal training packages are sold in 55-minute sessions of 8, 12, 16, 24, and 36.
Exercising alone can increases your chances of reaching your goals. However the combination of diet and exercise drastically increase your chances for succeeding. Clients with the highest success rates have participated in our NUFIT programs
