Each client has a unique set of circumstances and obstacles to overcome. Learn what types of food to fuel your body and when to eat them to make your body run as efficiently as possible.

Nutritional Counseling
This is for first visitors or past clients that have not used the services in sometime. It will include an evaluation of your food log and samples meal plans.
Nutritional Check Ups
Metabolic Pro
Jump-start your weight loss with RMR testing and nutritional counseling. This package is 55 minutes long.
Metabolic Pro Plus
This is a series of four sessions that covers the most important topics in nutrition to keeping you on track:
Session #1 includes a resting metabolic rate assessment, initial nutrition assessment, a food log check, understanding carbohydrates, fats, and proteins and guidance on what changes we can make to your current diet.
Session #2 includes a full sample menu plan with various options in different meals and snacks according to your lifestyle. You will also learn about portion size and portion control.
Session #3 includes an in depth look at why you have developed certain eating behaviors, how to make modifications that are maintainable and substitutes for eating.
Session #4 includes how to start healthy snacking, what types of foods should you purchase on the next grocery store trip and how to dine out sensibly.
